The Diamond App is a web cum mobile app for Diamond Traders to manage the Purchase and Sell of diamonds & precious color stones.

Registration

Users can register to our system via his/her mobile number. Once the mobile number is validated by OTP by the system, the user needs to enter the following information about their business, such as-

1. Personal Information
2. Business Information
3. Bank Detail

Login

1. After admin approves the registration request, the user should get a confirmation with an auto-generated password to log in.

2. User need to verify their mobile number with otp to login into the system.

Dashboard

We have a dashboard to show the user where they can see the -

1. List Of Memo
2. List Of Purchase
3. List Of Sell
4. Inventory
5. Plan Renewal
6. Notifications
7. Users

List Of Memo

1. Inwards memos (to initiate the purchase)
2. Outwards memos (to initiate the sales)
3. Active/Cleared/Canceled/Rejected/Deleted Memo

List Of Purchase

It will be basically for a particular buyer. Here there will be two statuses -

1. Open purchases: (If the payment is yet to be made by the buyer), also If the payment is Yet to Accept or Reject by the seller. Otherwise, a memo will remain here.
2. Closed purchases: Closed (If payment is done by the buyer and accepted by the seller.)

List Of Sell

It will be basically for a Particular Seller. Here there will be two statuses-

1. Open sales: (If the payment is made by the buyer), and it is Yet to Accept or Reject by the seller. Otherwise, a memo will remain here.
2. Closed sales: (If payment is done by the buyer and accepted by the seller.)

Inventory

It will work as a Database. The stones which we have purchased will show by Total inventory. Also, we can see our Stone details here. As someone purchases them or makes any sales of the Stone, inventory will reflect accordingly.

Plan Renewal

A renewal plan contains one or more renewal types. Each type represents a period of time. You must define the number of users and the amount corresponding to this period of time. When you assign a new renewable plan to an existing renewal plan then it will approve the current plan, and the system generates an Upgraded plan.
